1. Shipping Locations

We ship orders worldwide from our facilities in Brazil, with the exception of regions currently affected by conflicts, trade restrictions, or embargoes. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout or contacted directly after placing your order.

Please ensure you are aware of your country’s import regulations before ordering perishable goods.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed during regular business days, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays in Brazil). Orders placed before 2 PM (Brasília Time) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may vary during high-demand periods.

3. Shipping Methods

We use reliable, temperature-controlled international courier services to ensure your meat products remain at safe temperatures during transit. Available shipping methods include:

  • Standard International Refrigerated Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days depending on destination
  • Express International Refrigerated Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days

Available options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders.

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for additional fees, delays, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, someone must be available to receive the delivery at the shipping address. If no one is present, the courier may follow their local policy for unattended deliveries or attempt redelivery.

We are not responsible for product spoilage, loss, or theft after the order has been delivered to the address provided.

6. Customs and Import Regulations

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import taxes, duties, or other regulatory requirements in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

We recommend reviewing your country’s customs policies regarding imported meat products before ordering. Meat Express Global is not responsible for delays, rejections, or seizures by customs authorities.

7. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the expected timeframe, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, especially for remote locations or countries with complex import processes.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to countries or regions currently affected by armed conflicts, trade embargoes, or international sanctions. If an order is placed for a restricted destination, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses, as our products require temperature-controlled delivery.

9. Order Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. You can monitor the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided.

10. Damaged, Spoiled, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@meatexpressglobal.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will investigate and, if applicable, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

We are not liable for losses resulting from customs holds, import restrictions, incorrect addresses, or unavailability to receive the shipment.
