Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. You can follow your shipment’s progress using the tracking link.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses?
No, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses because our products require temperature-controlled shipping and in-person delivery.
What happens if I’m not home to receive my delivery?
We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is present, the courier may follow their local procedure for unattended deliveries or attempt redelivery. We are not responsible for spoilage or theft after delivery.
How do I know if my meat will arrive fresh?
We use temperature-controlled packaging and refrigerated shipping to keep your meat at safe temperatures throughout transit. We monitor every shipment to ensure quality and safety until delivery.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
