We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if:
- Products arrive spoiled, damaged, or unsafe for consumption.
- The order does not match the invoice in quantity or specification.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with evidence.
3. Reporting Issues

- Your order number and invoice.
- Clear photos of the product condition.
- Official inspection reports if available.
4. Refund Process
If approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Delays caused by customs or government inspections.
- Improper storage after delivery.
- Orders placed with incorrect details by the Customer.
