  • Official inspection reports if available.

4. Refund Process

If approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delays caused by customs or government inspections.
  • Improper storage after delivery.
  • Orders placed with incorrect details by the Customer.
