Shipping Policy

Meat Express Global ships frozen chicken, beef, pork, lamb, and other meat products worldwide in compliance with international sanitary standards.

1. Shipping Methods

• Refrigerated sea freight for bulk orders.
• Refrigerated air freight for urgent shipments.

2. Incoterms

Standard shipping is FOB Brazil Port. Other terms such as CIF or DDP may be arranged upon request.

3. Processing and Delivery

• Orders process within 7–14 business days after payment.
• Delivery times vary by region and customs clearance.

4. Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations.

5. Risk and Insurance

Risk transfers once products are handed to the carrier. Insurance is available upon request or included for CIF shipments.

6. Tracking

We provide tracking details and documents including Bill of Lading, Health Certificates, and Invoices once shipped.
