4. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped in temperature-controlled containers. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and international logistics. Risk transfers to you once products are handed over to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Refunds are only issued for verified product spoilage or delivery errors reported within 24 hours of delivery.
